Their everlasting satisfaction is our top priority!" As a marketing specialist he has an extensive work history with industry giants. He is fluent in Chinese and English and splits his time between the US and China, and travels extensively around the world.

Al says, "I graduated from Montana State University in Bozeman with a degree in Film and Television. After college, I moved to the State of Washington for a short time and then to Oregon where I spent more than 20 years building a career in traditional retail merchandising. In 2001 I accepted a position with one of the oldest brands in fishing. I spent 15 years with the Wright & McGill Co./ Eagle Claw Fishing Tackle in Denver, CO. "After more than 35 years working in either traditional retail management or manufacturing for traditional retail, it was clear that E-Commerce was the way of the future. So, in 2017 I decided to join the KastKing team to be part of this exciting and progressive business model. I couldn’t be happier with my decision!" Al has fished from coast to coast and has held two fly fishing records, with one still current. He and his wife live in Colorado. They have three children and two grandchildren.

Harry Wang, organizational development expert, seasoned ESG practitioner, SDG activist, joined Eposeidon with great passion on the mission of the company : explore outdoor, embrace nature. Growing up Cantonese, Harry has been raised in a very traditional family with diversified cultures, religions, and dialects. Starting his career in BP, Ernst & Young some 16 years ago, Harry had equipped himself with all rounded experiences in HR operations. Later, with the simple goal of providing affordable clean energy to people living at the bottom of the pyramid, Harry joined the world’s leading social enterprise d.light. Throughout his 11 years, serving as the core leadership and cultural ambassador of the company, Harry and his team together has successfully improved the quality of life for over 100 million people, raised over 100 million US dollars, and grown the company revenue to 100 million US dollars. Harry has traveled and worked in the US, China, East African countries and Southeast Asian countries. He is married with two young daughters. Harry has also dedicated his spare time for promoting Social Impact Investment, Social Enterprise and supporting Youth Entrepreneurship. Rex joins Eposeidon with over 30-years of experience in the fishing line manufacturing industry. As a lifelong angler and avid outdoorsman, a position with Eposeidon is a natural fit. Having always gravitated to research and development, Rex's passion has been in providing unique products that enhance the angling experience. Along with assisting the supply chain, Rex focuses on developing new and exciting fishing lines to be launched under the KastKing brand. He is very passionate about developing new lines and further enhancing KastKing’s growing market share. "I am very happy and excited to be part of the Eposeidon team. The entire product range of braided line, fluorocarbon, monofilament, and fly lines is an excellent fit within the scope of my industry experience. I look forward to concentrating on KastKing’s existing brand identity and helping them develop new products," says Rex.

"Growing up in north central Iowa, I have always enjoyed the outdoors and developed a passion for hunting and fishing," says Scott. "I currently live near the north Georgia Mountains with many rivers, streams, and lakes to fish and a relatively short drive to the beach. I have fished saltwater and freshwater for everything from walleye to tarpon to 400lb sturgeon. "I have an Engineering background and a passion for sports and the great outdoors, which led me to a career developing innovative products and more than 10 patents. I have developed products for a number of fishing, hunting, and sporting goods companies including Lew’s, Hunters Specialties, Pure Fishing, Escalade Sports and True Fitness Technology."

Joe came to KastKing with nearly two decades of marketing and branding experience in the outdoor industry, including corporate retail, agency and brand management positions. “Fishing has always been a major part of my life. I have had the opportunity to experience the outdoors early and often with family and friends - something that’s now core to my own family’s lifestyle. I feel blessed to have a job that aligns so closely with my personal and professional values,” said Woodward. He and his family reside in Minnesota where they enjoy exploring the outdoors. Joe spends his free time fishing for bass and walleye as much as he is able.

Eric joins Eposeidon with a diverse background working within industries such as aerospace, automotive, military, medical, and the outdoors. His prior experience provides technical product knowledge and has helped him hone his sales and marketing skills. Eric’s primary passions are fishing and hunting, and because of this he always gravitated to the outdoor industry. In his previous role working for a fishing line manufacturer, he fostered growth for both OEM accounts and the company’s brand. His industry relationships and knowledge will be a great addition to the team as he will help expand the business in both traditional retail and ecommerce. Eric's role will consist of not only sales, but also focusing on the strategy and future business development for Eposeidon. He is a Colorado native and currently resides in Western Colorado with his family. On the weekends he is likely in the woods or on the water, enjoying the great outdoors.

He gained valuable knowledge in all things related to boats and fishing, working his way to become a USCG approved captain and Pro Guide for Team KastKing. Brian earned his extensive customer service experience working 12 years in the hospitality and property management field, while simultaneously running his own fishing charter company. He is a proud United States Air Force Veteran where he fished the ABA series on the Intermural Air Force team. He is an advocate for C.P.R. (Catch, Photo, Release) style conservation of marine fisheries, and enjoys volunteering for marine programs in the restoration and monitoring of marine habitats. Regina Gray, is an avid angler and an IGFA World Record holder whom was born and raised in South Florida. After graduating Cardinal Gibbons, and receiving a full-scholarship to the Ringling College of Art and Design, she went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic and Interactive Communications. Over the last two decades, Regina Gray fine-tuned her design skills in the marine industry’s publishing scene, then traveled extensively building up a strong roster of outdoor brands in the digital marketing and tournament lifestyle. She is a senior creative leader having expertise in graphic design, creative direction, photography, videography and content marketing. Supporting conservation initiatives in cooperation with key organizations and brands has been an integral part of Gray’s vision. “As an advocate for women in the fishing industry and a steward of conservation, I strive to build my reputation around positive initiatives with like-minded brands. I couldn’t be happier to work with Eposeidon, a company that has pure enthusiasm for engaging the fishing community.”

"He was known to take test runs before returning the boat to his customers, which meant frequent fishing trips while testing. This is where I gained my love and passion for fishing. Later in life I found I was a natural people person and took easily to sales and management. I worked in marketing in the MMA (Mixed Marshall Arts) industry promoting for several notable mixed martial art apparel companies. It was time to change direction and pursue my lifelong love for fishing on a more professional level. Joining the KastKing marketing team was a perfect fit for me! I love sharing the message and love for fishing that KastKing message on social media." AJ and his wife live with their two children in Arizona.

"Born and raised on Long Island I started fishing in the mid 1960s. It did not take long to realize that fishing would be my life’s passion," says Paul. "From that point on I fished every chance I got. From local ponds to the various saltwater hot spots and party boats on Long Island I honed my skills learning from old timers while keeping up with new techniques and trends. "During the winter months I spent my time making custom rods and modifying fishing reels as gifts for friends and family. Some of those rods and reels are still being used today. "In the early eighties I began working at the airlines. The pay was not great, but a perk at the time was you got to fly for free. That allowed me to fish almost anywhere in the United States, Canada and overseas, and I did so on a regular basis. I have really found a home at KastKing surrounded by rods, reels and fishing tackle."

Nichole says, "After an honorable discharge from the Army, I received my degree in criminal justice. Because I wanted to help people and make a difference, I became a Deputy Sheriff. After sustaining an injury on the job, I had no choice but to retire my uniform. I started fishing as therapy, and it brought out a huge passion I didn’t know I had. I have always been a writer at heart. So, I started combining writing and fishing, and began writing for Fishbrain and Bassin Magazine. I started to fish competitively and made 15th place in the nation for the Big Bass World Championship. I was the only female to ever compete in the tournament. Through all of it I was able to find KastKing, or rather, they found me. I finally found a home with them. I love my KastKing family." Nichole lives in Florida.

Gus has worked with many large predatorial mammals, crocodilians, and catching nuisance alligators for over 35 years in the Florida Everglades. Onebear was the name given to Gus by the Native American Seminole Tribe after fighting off a black bear and surviving the attack. Gus also has been in many TV shows; his most recent was Swamp Men on Nat Geo Wild. He's a licensed airboat Captain and freshwater fishing guide. Gus loves everything outdoor related and enjoys spending his free time out on his boat in South Florida with his wife.
