Note: This is due to the additional cost of shipping and handling these extra long items.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to invalid addresses, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

Please keep in mind that holidays are not counted as business days and should be taken into account when calculating shipping times.

In some cases, unexpected delays are caused by thorough inspections, out-of-stock issues, and especially during large shipments.

3. What countries do you ship to?

US only. Other countries and regions are not available to be shipped to yet.

4. Can I change the delivery address of a package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipment once the product is in transit.
