Dissatisfied with exchange times

I have tried to get a return ticket so I could get a exchange for the first reel I received and never used brand new I spoke with captain Bryan and he said that it sounds as if I received a bad reel and that the pinion gear was faulty when I tried to cast it was very noisy it’s not supposed to make that sound it should be smooth and quiet now I’m still waiting for a return ticket so I can get a replacement reel and it’s taken just to much time right now I have been using the Favorite XCS 8.1 gear ratio I have about 8 of them I have been satisfied with that reel but I wanted to try the Kast king 9.1 and it had the flipping switch and that feature is not on the Favorite reel is anyone having the same problems I’m having with the Kast king reel and long delays with this company thanks

I have not used the Megajaws Elite reel except to test flipping on the rod I intend to use. So far so good, easy to use, and accurate to flip. I have a couple of other Megajaws reels, without the flipping switch, and they are great. I especially like the way they perform casting lighter lures, that some reels have trouble with.

LOVE THIS REEL !!

Used this reel for the first time this past Saturday throwing jigs in a small local lake for largemouth. Very easy to dial in with the tension knob and the side brakes. Smooth and easy-to-use cast. No backlashes if dialed in correctly. Worth the money. Recommended.

Great reel for the price.

I have only used it for 2 outings but I am pleased with the performance. It is very smooth and the casting distance is great. The initial setup was easy. I would recommend this reel as a value purchase.
