1-Year Hassle-Free Warranty

All qualifying products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.
If your product experiences a defect in materials or workmanship within this period, we will:
  • Replace your product at no cost to you
  • Process your claim quickly and efficiently to get you back on the water
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Partial Replacement Options

For select products, we offer targeted replacement solutions when full replacement isn’t necessary:
  • 2-piece rods: Tip-section replacements may be available
  • Parts that do not require full disassembly, e.g., handles and knobs.
Availability may vary depending on product model and inventory. We reserve the right to determine whether partial replacement is appropriate.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling
  • Accidental damage, impact damage, or acts of nature
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers
  • Loss or theft.

Warranty Claim Requirements

To be eligible for warranty service, customers must provide:
  • Valid proof of purchase from an authorized seller
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or video evidence of the defect (if requested)
Failure to provide required documentation may result in denial of the claim.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To start a claim, please contact our support team using the Return Form found on the Return Policy page of our website.
Our team will review your request and provide instructions for next steps. We reserve the right to inspect products before approving a claim, and or apply a restocking and handling fee at or discretion. 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, or loss of profits.
Our total liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective product, at our discretion.

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

Except where prohibited by law, this warranty is the exclusive and sole warranty provided. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Governing Law

This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which the company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.

Our Commitment

At KastKing, our mission is to achieve affordable innovation and we strive to provide you with great products at the best price. KastKing warrants to the original purchaser that any KastKing products are free from defects in materials or workmanship for at least one (1) year from the date of purchase.

KastKing is not responsible for normal wear and tear, for products used commercially, or for failures caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse, or improper care. There are no other expressed warranties beyond the terms of this limited warranty. In no event shall any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, extend beyond the duration of the expressed warranty contained herein. In no event shall KastKing be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
