Warranty Policy

For instructions on requesting repair or return of your KastKing® products, please see Reels Warranty, Rods Warranty, Sunglasses Warranty, or General Warranty below.

Reels Warranty

KastKing reels are warranted for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase against defects in workmanship and/or materials.

If the warrantied products are defective in workmanship and/or materials, you can simply give us a call or email us and send the defective product back. Your order number, date of purchase, and where you bought the product must accompany all warranty claims. The shipping costs will be reimbursed. If the warranty expires or there are violations to the warranty, the customers may fix their defective product for a repair cost plus the shipping cost. 

The warranty will be void if:

  • There are additions made or alterations to the product.
  • Abuse of the product.
  • Accidental damage or loss of the product. Misuse of the product.
  • Normal expected wear.
  • Commercial or rental use.
  • Failed to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance: improper care.

*Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to your reel out of warranty.

Even when your reel is no longer under warranty, we are here to help. Reels out of the warranty period may be shipped back to the KastKing.

Rods Warranty

KastKing rods are covered by a limited lifetime, total peace of mind warranty against the workmanship and materials of the rod for the original owner.

KastKing customer service professionals will determine the cause of the defect and whether it will be covered under this warranty or not.

If the damage or defect is determined to have been caused due to a defect in materials or workmanship, KastKing will, at the company’s discretion, either repair or replace the rod at no charge. A shipping and handling fee of $20 will be charged to complete the transaction.

If the damage is determined to have been caused by accident, neglect, or normal wear and tear, KastKing with your approval and request, will replace the damaged rod for a fee of 1/2 of the original purchase price plus the $20 shipping and handling fee.

Please fill out the form in the "Return" for your KastKing rods warranty claim. Then print it off and put it inside the return package.

Ship the damaged rod, in a disposable container, prepaid and insured to KastKing®, 425 Oak St. Garden City, NY 11530.

Include the completed Warranty Claim Return Form and $20 for return shipping and handling.

Sunglasses Warranty

KastKing sunglasses are warranted for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase against defects in workmanship and/or materials.

KastKing customer service professionals will determine the cause of the defect and whether it will be covered under this warranty.

If the damage or defect is determined to have been caused due to a defect in materials or workmanship, KastKing will, at the company’s discretion, either repair or replace the sunglasses at no charge.

If the damage is determined to have been caused by accident, neglect, or normal wear and tear, KastKing, with your approval and request, will replace the sunglasses for 1/2 of the original purchase price plus shipping.

Ship the damaged sunglasses, in a disposable container to KastKing®, 425 Oak St. Garden City, NY 11530.

General Warranty

At KastKing, our mission is to achieve affordable innovation and we strive to provide you with great products at the best price. KastKing warrants to the original purchaser that any KastKing products are free from defects in materials or workmanship for at least one (1) year from the date of purchase.

KastKing is not responsible for normal wear and tear, for products used commercially, or for failures caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse, or improper care. There are no other expressed warranties beyond the terms of this limited warranty. In no event shall any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, extend beyond the duration of the expressed warranty contained herein. In no event shall KastKing be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
