Product Details
2.5× the tensile
strength and 3.5× the hardness of aluminum
Engineered
from aerospace-grade titanium, the world’s first true titanium spool offers 2.5× the
tensile strength and 3.5× the hardness of standard aluminum, providing outstanding
rigidity and durability under heavy loads. This means you can fish confidently
through thick cover or make powerful hook-sets without worrying about deformation or
wear. Whether flipping, pitching, or working finesse lures, the titanium spool stays
smooth, true, and stable cast after cast.
The 1/4 oz
titanium spool and main shaft (with two high-speed spool bearings) deliver near-zero
spool inertia for effortless casting
Weighing
just 1/4 oz and paired with two premium high-speed spool bearings, the world’s first
true titanium spool and main shaft achieve near-zero spool inertia, allowing casts
to start effortlessly. Each cast flows with remarkable smoothness and precision,
giving anglers full control while minimizing fatigue. From delicate finesse
presentations to more robust setups, every cast feels seamless, responsive, and
accurate.
From Finesse to
Power with Versatile Performance
With an
ultra-thin 0.35mm titanium spool wall, the world’s first true titanium spool
delivers exceptionally low spool inertia, allowing smooth, controlled casting across
a wide range of lure weights. From tiny 1/16 oz finesse lures to 30g heavy baits,
every cast flies farther with less effort, letting you cover more water and expand
your strike zone. This versatile performance ensures effortless, accurate casting in
any situation, whether finesse fishing or driving power baits through cover.
Halo Vortex
Braking System
The
revolutionary Halo Vortex Braking System uses a seamless ring of 12 NS magnets to
deliver smooth, stable, and self-adaptive magnetic braking. It provides strong
control at high speeds, then automatically eases braking as the cast progresses to
maximize distance. A lightweight cross-threaded design minimizes brake mass and
spool load, resulting in a more efficient and stable casting experience. This means
longer, more accurate casts with less effort—whether throwing finesse lures or
heavier baits—giving you confident, elite-level casting performance every time.
Five-Point
Coaxial Structural Design
By
engineering the main gear side cover, reel body frame, spool fixing seat, and palm
side covers on a single, perfectly aligned axis, this design minimizes internal
friction and vibration. Every turn feels clean, fluid, and controlled—maintaining a
smooth, refined retrieve even under pressure.
Micron-Level
Tight Tolerance
Built with
micron-level tight tolerances across critical components, this Al-Ti Elite
Baitcasting Reel achieves an ultra-precise fit with virtually no mechanical play.
The tightly controlled clearances reduce internal friction and vibration, resulting
in smoother rotation, more consistent power transfer, and a clean, controlled
retrieve — even when under heavy load.
9+2+1
High-Precision Bearing System
With 9+1
MaxiDur double-shielded ball bearings, plus two high-speed ball bearings, the Al-Ti
Elite Baitcasting Reel delivers ultra-smooth casting and retrieval. The precisely
positioned bearing system reduces rotational resistance and maintains stable spool
control, resulting in effortless casting, refined line management, and a fluid,
reliable retrieve.
Reinforced
Aluminum Alloy Frame with TiCon™ Carbon-Fiber Side Covers
The aluminum
alloy frame combined with TiCon™ carbon-fiber side covers delivers exceptional
structural strength. The aluminum frame suppresses flex and twisting under heavy
load for smoother, more stable operation, while TiCon™ carbon-fiber side covers
offer 15% greater tensile strength, 20% higher compressive strength, and up to 60%
better impact resistance compared with standard carbon fiber. This ensures the reel
remains durable even in the most demanding fishing environments.
Powerful 18 lb
Max Drag for Confident Fish Fighting
With an 18
lb max drag power, the reel provides strong, consistent stopping force, giving
anglers confidence when fighting powerful fish.
Enhanced
UltraDura90 Brass Pinion and AT6 Aluminum Main Gear
The
UltraDura90 brass pinion and AT6 aluminum main gear feature optimized geometry for
broader and stronger gear engagement. Enhanced wear resistance and reduced friction
deliver smoother rotation with minimal mechanical noise, ensuring reliable,
long-term performance cast after cast.

FAQ
How does the Al-Ti compare to the Mg-Ti? Which should I choose?
The choice depends on your priorities. Key differences include body material, component design, and weight:
- Al-Ti: Aluminum alloy frame with a carbon fiber star drag. Strong, rigid, and durable, with a solid metallic feel. Weighs 5.6 oz, offering excellent structural performance at a more cost-effective price (about $100 less than Mg-Ti).
- Mg-Ti: Magnesium alloy frame designed for ultra-lightweight finesse performance, weighing 5 oz. Features a Tournament Star Drag that allows precise, single-hand adjustments, ideal for finesse techniques and fine drag control.
Bottom line: Choose Al-Ti for strength, durability, and value; choose Mg-Ti if ultra-lightweight casting, finesse control, and precise drag adjustment are your top priorities.
- Al-Ti: Aluminum alloy frame with a carbon fiber star drag. Strong, rigid, and durable, with a solid metallic feel. Weighs 5.6 oz, offering excellent structural performance at a more cost-effective price (about $100 less than Mg-Ti).
- Mg-Ti: Magnesium alloy frame designed for ultra-lightweight finesse performance, weighing 5 oz. Features a Tournament Star Drag that allows precise, single-hand adjustments, ideal for finesse techniques and fine drag control.
Bottom line: Choose Al-Ti for strength, durability, and value; choose Mg-Ti if ultra-lightweight casting, finesse control, and precise drag adjustment are your top priorities.
Can the Al-Ti handle finesse lures? What is the lure weight range?
While not a dedicated BFS reel, the titanium spool (0.35 mm thin wall, 6.9 g) allows lures from 1.7 g to 30 g (0.06–1.06 oz). Fish light finesse setups or standard lures with excellent control and sensitivity.
Does the Al-Ti have a full aluminum body? Will it feel heavy?
The Al-Ti features a reinforced aluminum alloy frame with TiCon™ side plates, giving it a solid, premium metallic feel with excellent rigidity. Yet it weighs only 5.6 oz, keeping it lightweight and comfortable for long fishing sessions. Enjoy strength without bulk.
Is the Al-Ti suitable for beginners or advanced anglers?
Perfect for both. Beginners will enjoy smooth casting and a reliable build, while experienced anglers will appreciate its strength, responsiveness, and refined performance. It’s a versatile reel that grows with your skills.
