Brutus Foldable Extendable Fishing Net

Iam super happy with this fishing net its perfect for when I go kayaking

Bought the 45” silicone net for kayak fishing and love it. Well made and sturdy, it’s a bit heavy but I’d rather have a little extra weight and not flimsy. Collapses and folds for travel but locks securely. The net material is easy on the fish and less prone to lure tangling. Overall, a great net for kayak fishing. With a longer handle it would be fine for a boat.

Installation: After taking the net out of the box, remove the screw cap from the end of the handle. Before sliding the handle onto the net, make sure the markings on the handle are facing down. This way, the markings are on top when you tighten the handle. Slide the handle (Carefully) onto the net, turning it side to side as you slide the handle into the net housing. Once you have the handle through the net housing, place the screw you removed earlier on the end of the handle and tighten it. You will need to recheck the screw for tightness occasionally.

Very sturdy, comes with a very durable carrying case. Definitely helps on getting big fish out of the water. Having the functionality to extend or retract is very nice.

I just got home and opened the box with the fishing net. This is the nicest nets I have ever held and I have held a lot of them. . 75 inches doesn't seem like a lot when you read it but when you extend the pole and give it a twist and lock it in place you realize just how long of a reach that it provides. The netting material is the soft silicone that won't hurt the fish. The opening is very big which really helps when you are by yourself and are trying to land a personal best fish from the shore of a large strong river. This net is going to work for everything that I will possibly catch. The frame of the net is made out of aluminum channel that is rock solid when open and the unlocking lever is easy to operate with one hand. The best part is when you lock it open and with a quick twist you have the length set to just the right length, once these 2 things are done this net feels like a net with a fixed solid pole and a one piece hoop ring, it doesn't feel like a net that is going to break down as this one does. I have used collapsible nets before and most can hardly land a good sized Bass or Walleye. I wouldn't even consider taking one of them when I go after the Big River Cats this Summer. I can't wait to get this down to the river and net some big Blue Cats or a Monster Flathead, this net can handle it. Thank You KastKing for another high quality piece of fishing gear. Later
