Ultra-Smooth Carbon Fiber Drag
KastKing Zephyr spinning reels feature ultra-smooth carbon fiber drag. Size 500 provides up to 8.8LBS of carbon fiber drag.Size 1000, 2000 provides up to 18LBS of carbon fiber drag.Size 3000, 4000 provides up to 22LBS of carbon fiber drag.
Key Components
KastKing Zephyr fishing reels are equipped with a braid fishing line ready CNC machined aluminum two tone spool that prevents braid line from slipping under pressure. You don’t need to add monofilament fishing line backing.

Zephyr Spinning Reel implements KastKing's newest DSSR (Double Sliding Stablizer Rods) system. With 7 stainless steel ball bearings + 1 instant anti reverse bearing, this setup will give you supper smooth operation and all day hassle-free freshwater or saltwater fishing experience.

Along with corrosion free graphite body, body cover and rotor, an oversized stainless steel main shaft, brass pinion gear, and double shielded stainless steel ball bearings in key locations that don’t quit in a battle with trophy fish.

the size 500 caught this snake head , unsure of weight but it was big, caught on a crappie jig ad 4lb kast king mono paired with the kestrel ultra light rod, highly recommend their products, will be the only brand i use from now on.
