How to get your KastKing Membership Rewards

Step 1 - Register and Login

If you already have a KastKing Account, you can simply move on to the next step.

Register

1️⃣Go to the Registration Page or choose "Create an account" on https://kastking.com/account

2️⃣ Fill in your email address, first name, last name and password.

3️⃣ Confirm your new password and enter the verification code you received via email.

4️⃣ After reviewing KastKing’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, please check “I agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.”

5️⃣ Then click "Register" to complete your registration.

Login

1️⃣ Click the "Account" icon on the top right of the Home Page or visit https://kastking.com/account/login.

2️⃣ Fill in your email address and password.

3️⃣ Click "Login" to enter your account center.

Step 2 - Check Your Balance

Once you’re logged in, you can view your current Points balance in your Account Center or on the Membership page.

Click My Rewards to view the gift cards, coupons, and KastKing products you’ve redeemed. Click My Activities to check your detailed Points earning and redemption history.

Step 3 - Earn KastKing Points

Check "Earn Points" on Account Center or "Ways to Earn Points" on the Membership page and learn how to earn KastKing points.

If you’d like to redeem Points for an Amazon, eBay, Walmart or TikTok order, simply select the correct platform under Submit External Orders, enter your order number, and click Submit Now to complete the redemption.

Step 4 - Redeem Rewards

After logging in, you can access the rewards section by clicking “Redeem Rewards” in the Account Center or “Redeem Points” on the Membership Page. You can choose to redeem gift cards, coupons, or KastKing products. When your Points balance meets the required amount, the Redeem button will be highlighted and available to click. If the button appears greyed out, it means your current Points balance is not sufficient to redeem that reward yet.

Select the reward you’d like, click Redeem, and review the redemption terms. If everything looks good, confirm the redemption in the pop-up window.

For coupons or gift cards, the corresponding code will be displayed immediately after a successful redemption. For physical products, please allow some time for us to arrange shipment.

Step 5 - Use the Rewards

After redeeming your coupons or gift cards, you can view them by clicking the My Rewards button in the Membership banner or by visiting your Account Center. Copy the coupon or gift card code, then apply it at checkout in the store.
