I love the tacky and beefy grip. Comes out of the box sharp, easy to wield.
I added this to my collection of kitchen knives and can't be more pleased. I bought the 6" one, thought it would be smaller but size is just right. Design is pristine and feels like you're holding a quality knife on your hands. Needless to say. Cuts paper like it's butter.
Amazing feel and craftsmanship. The sheath has a very nice click lock and the blade feels flexible but strong. Super sharp. These knives are already tearing up some fluke on the west coast (check out the filets!)
