I really like the color one it and it is performing amazing I have caught one bass so far on it and tons of bluegill you can feel everything. I have the 2000 series with the 6 foot 10 rod and 20 pound line 8x all from Kastking. I would’ve given it 5 stars but I did have a couple small cosmetic defects on both my real and rod. Nothing major it’s gonna get scratched anyways, but it was slightly disappointing. My sister-in-law also got the same exact one and hers did not have any cosmetic defects like mine so it was probably just a fluke otherwise I would’ve given it five stars. The cosmetic defects I got were just a little bit of chipped paint on the bale by the bearing where the string goes and one tiny scratch at the very bottom of it, and my handle came in really dusty and some slight surface scratches on it nothing that would affect the performance. Then the rod just came with a very slight epoxy bump I would say, but it’s not very noticeable unless you know where to look other than that, I leave it around a 4.5 but would highly recommend for bass fishing or even for some bigger fish I’m trying to catch some catfish on this thing. I know it’ll work amazing with that 20 pounds of drag.
