Wanted to update my prior review. The posts were received. Also, an email was indeed sent but unfortunately wound up in my Spam folder. Only issue with assembly was instructions made no mention of the retaining pin on the upper piece. This pin is spring loaded and must be compressed at the same time the piece is fit onto the top post. With minimal manipulation of the reels, my rods fit into the finished product nicely. The foam retainers could be a little stronger for smaller/ultralite rods but this is a minor detail. Outside of the original shipping issues, I'm very pleased with the product as well as the service and support received.
Great Rack will hold a bunch of rods and reels in a very small space. Doesn't spin the best but not horrible either.
So far so good we have about 12 rods on it. I wish there was a built in way to add weight to the base besides that it's good.
Actually a well designed and built stand
Great product for a great value. Super easy to put together. I really like it bc its space efficient. Yes it's a little wobbly, i try to balance it out by paying attention to the weight of the rods being distributed around it. Holds the rods well, spins very easily. Maximized to carry the most rods in a small efficient circumference. A lot easier than trying to pick rods off the wall that were doubled up in my wall setup. Holds every size of rods, which was what grabbed my attention to the product.
