Spartacus Passage Travel Twin-Tip Casting Rods

Just received my travel rod and paired it with my Megajaws Long Cast reel. Feels lightweight yet strong enough to handle a big fish. Can't wait to get out and put a bend in it!

Excellent travel rod. Hard to find travel rods that are reliable. May be a bit light for heavy duty lily pads but time will tell. Performs as well as my 2pc rod.

The fit and finish are on par with my way higher $$ rods. Cork grip is perfect. Only issue is my rod was rated fast/heavy up to 1oz and 7/8oz feels overloaded. It will cast the 7/8 but its not happy. Feels more like a fast med/heavy. I only fish Pike & Musky so big lures are a staple, it will work as a occasional use travel rod with 3/4ozish baits but could never hold up to constant use of 1oz spinnerbaits and Tallywackers. I did purchase a 2pc fast/heavy rod also due to the quality build so we will see how much backbone it has.
