Really Good Customer Service Support

I had an issue with Speed Demon fillet knife blades. I contacted CS about this and they got back with me about it. They offered several options to deal with it and I chose the option of a gift card to their website. I received the card code and I applied it an order. In a few days I received the order and it was completed. Very satisfied with the transaction and process. By the way the Speed Demon is a great cordless knife set. Great carry case, long lasting battery life, motor seems pretty powerful. Good price also.

Cordless filet knife

Works great. Fileted 2 slot redfish, still had plenty of battery left.

Cast king cordless knife

Works great, sharp blades. Have done up to 30 fish so far without changing batteries. Only issue I’ve noticed is one of the battery test buttons is falling off one of my batteries.

I like it!

I did a lot of research on electric fillet knives. Whether to buy one with a cord or one with a battery. From what I can find the cast King Speed Demon Pro was one of the best ones on the market. I received it but couldn't go fishing because of bad weather. So I used it to cut up a turkey and it worked great I am very impressed with it. And I would recommend it to anyone else that wanted to battery operated fillet knife.

Battery issue

The knife works fine but I went to the expense of purchasing one with two batteries and one of the batteries is leaking something around the connection pin. It charges up but it will not run the knife.
