Don't give up performance just because you can't take a 1 or 2 pc rod on the plane. - These multi-piece graphite travel rods pack small but perform like 1 and 2 pc rods. Using our proprietary KastFlex IM6 30T graphite blanks, Passage rods are light and sensitive.
All Passage travel/pack fishing rods include premium stainless-steel guide frames with durable Titanium Oxide rings to maximize performance. And every Passage travel rod includes a clear, PET tube that keeps your fishing rod safe and secure while you're on your way to your next adventure.
There is so many fishing opportunities around us, but some aren't easy to get to. They require long hikes, plan rides or small vehicles. This is the "No Limits Zone". You'll never travel again without your favorite fishing rod. From the 5'6 Medium light spinning rod to a 7'6" Heavy power casting model, an 8'6" Heavy power spinning rod, and a beautiful 5 wt. fly rod. There's even a convertible, 7'6" spin/fly rod that is equally at home with a spinning or fly reel. Just reverse the handle and it's ready to fish.
For the price, can’t beat it. I have yet to test on the ocean pier? Did sling bubble rig in my pasture with it probably 2-3 oz and it cast very well. Travel tube leaves some to be desired, but at this price point, you can’t expect any more. Free delivery slow but was free!!!
No complaints upon first inspection. Hopefully first fish goes as well? Using to target Spanish Mack’s.
Very easy to pack for travel, but not durable. Tip broke off in the first week. Still under warranty but have to pay $20 for shipping and handling. Not worth it.
Very happy with these rods. I bought a medium/heavy and a heavy, both with fast actions. Used them for a trip to the gulf shore casting for flounder. In my experience, a "fast" spinning rod is never as fast as a fast casting rod; these were acceptably fast. Like any multi-piece rod, you need to seat the pieces together with a little pressure and a twist. I had one come apart once, but it was my fault. One section I actually had a hard time taking it apart.
I can't believe these rods are priced as low as they are. I'm very satisfied.
A useful product
