The incredible new KastKing Digital Scale with Ruler and Floating Lip Gripper is the perfect combination for tournament fishing or for landing weighing any fish just for fun. The scale is accurate to 1/10th of a pound and includes a retractable ruler that is 38" long. Accurately weigh fish, luggage or packages up to 110 lbs. or 50 kg.
The lightweight and water-resistant ABS frame has a slip-resistant TPR handle and sides. The scale is only 5.6" long x 3.8" wide x 1.25" thick and weighs only 6 ounces so it's easy to pack and store.
Quickly switch back and forth between pounds & kilograms depending on what is best for you and the memory function allows you to store up to 9 measurements. The back-lit digital display works great in low light conditions and will turn off automatically after 4 minutes of non-use to save valuable battery life.
With the high-capacity range of up to 110 lbs., you can weigh anything from heavy luggage to monster catfish using the included stainless-steel hook. Simply hang the object you want to weigh from the hook, lift and you'll immediately get an accurate weight measurement directly from the digital read out. KastKing has even included 2 AAA batteries so the scale is ready to go right out of the box.
The Lip gripper is designed to float in case it is dropped into the water. It includes a comfortable wrist lanyard and weighs less than 4 ounces. Many tournaments now require that you use a no-puncture lip gripper and this fulfills that requirement. There is also a strong split ring on the handle which works well to hang from a scale for easy weight measurement. Safe and convenient way to land and release predator fish with large teeth.
KastKing Water Resistant Digital Fishing Scale with Ruler
Really a nice little scale for the money. I have used it for fish and luggage when going on a trip. Only thing I would change is the end of the tape measure. It is a little difficult to get out when you have a wiggling fish.
Not the best. Used it a few times but it doesn’t work great. Wouldn’t recommend.
A couple years ago, my Rapala scale went over the rail thanks to an angry small mouth who was not enjoying his time on the Giggity Duece(bass raider).
So I saw the Orange KastKing scale from a half an aisle away at my local salvage store and bought it.
I must say it is better than my Rapala was and half the price. Still works after 2 years, what else you want for a $20 scale?
