Wonder combo I do YouTube and the colors really made it easy to see and the handling on the reel to rod was amazing I used the med light tip and was catching 3.5lb trout with easy I would really love a partnership if that's possible

I've only been ultralight fishing for 6 months-this was my first and i still use it.

I've only been ultralight fishing for 6 months and this was the first rig I purchased. I have since bought more expensive equipment.
I use 6lb braid mainline and 4lb fluoro as a leader. I can cast 1 ounce jigs 60 feet. I have fished smaller jigs but for the bass and bluegill that are in our 56 ponds in the area 1 ounce is the smallest needed.
Of the four rods and reels I have I always seem to fish this one consistantly. The casting is smooth as is the retrieve. The drag is a bit sketchy but works well enough for my needs.
For starting out in ultralight this all you need. The 5' rod is very handy for handling or throwing into you car or golf cart. I have 7' rods and don't seem to get much more distance if any and the lightweight of the rod transmits the bite signals just fine.

I started off with a crixus bait caster 3-4 years ago and love it, never had one operating issue with it. Just bought this ultralight zephyr for finesse fishing, caught this dinker on the first cast. The reel is super smooth and I can cast light baits farther than on any other rod I’ve owned. The dual tips are awesome to switch from panfish to small bass/trout fishing. The quality for the price is top notch. Keep up the good work KastKing!

Fantastic spinning rod and reel for the price

Once again I am amazed at the quality of Kastking products for the price. This pole looks great and functions far better than the price would indicate. I am impressed with how good it looks and how good it feels in the hand. I like the lime green color and had to have this one. The reel is light weight and is smooth as butter. I like that the pole comes with two tips so that I can swap it out depending on what species I am targeting. Overall I am very happy with this order.

Ultra sensitive I can feel everything the fish are doing. I haven't used the light tip yet only the ultra light. 4lb mono it's been a blast to fish with.
