bought 2 reels and found ergonomics for my big hands great. One of the reels was smooth but the other seemed to have a hitch in the bearings something i have noted on other entry level reels so no big deal. At the price I paid you can't find a better deal. The longer reel stem is what grabbed my attention, but this makes fitting into my rod locker a little bit of a pain. I'd definitely buy again.
