AMB Braking System

Casting Distance

The real-time measurement of how far a lure or bait is casted from the fishing rod while maintaining accuracy and effectiveness.

Max. Casting Speed

This is the peak speed at which an angler can cast their lure or bait, representing the upper limit of their ability to propel equipment through the air with power and speed.

Post-Cast Line out

This figure is defined as the amount of line that is released from the spool after the lure enters the water when the spool speed is relatively low. This figure helps the angler understand the depth of the bait or lure and is for reference only.

Retrieval Speed, Cadence and Casting Duration

The retrieval speed is the rate at which an angler brings their lure or bait back to the fishing rod after casting, simulating the movement of prey and enticing fish. The app also tracks and displays the time taken for each cast, from the moment the cast is made to the moment the retrieval begins.

The iReel One’s wider spool doesn’t require a deep spool for optimal line capacity. Instead, the shallow spool takes fewer revolutions of the spool the cast the same amount of line, thus enabling smoother and longer casts.
