10 Button Magnetic Braking System
To avoid time consuming and frustrating overruns and backlashes, the new Brutus fishing reels include a newly designed, dynamic magnetic braking system with 10 magnetic buttons, compared to only 5 or 6 on most other reels.

There is no adjustment to your lure weight as all my other reel do.
This is my first baitcaster and I love it. I thought it was bad because my brakes were set too high. (My fault) Then I figured out my mistake and the performance was finominal. Not the best for a buzzbait though. Highly recommend it.
Outstanding product at an amazing price. Once brakes are properly set I can bomb lures with no backlash. Only birds nest I got was when I tried to cast with no spool tension and no brakes which is my fault! I highly reccomend this Brutus reel and any other kastking products!
