I added this to my collection of kitchen knives and can't be more pleased. I bought the 6" one, thought it would be smaller but size is just right. Design is pristine and feels like you're holding a quality knife on your hands. Needless to say. Cuts paper like it's butter.
Great knife right out of the box.
Soft easy to hold handle. Sharp blade nice skeleton sheath. Got the 5 inch. It has a stiffer blade, a guy hook and the top of the blade has a serrated edge.
The handle is very comfortable, the knife is very sharp, and the back of the knife is versatile. Good for fishing.I will recommend it to friend.
Been using the 9 in filet knife now for 6 months. Has held up very well even against tough to filet sheepshead. Haven't even had to sharpen it yet. Definitely worth the price!!
I was able to test the 9” Steaking Knife on a Bullseye Snakehead and I have to tell you it cut right thru it with ease! I really like the feel of the Golf Style Polymer grips and the overall look of the blade.
This has got to be by far the best fillet knife ive seen and held. Just opened and right out the box looks like it has what it takes to fillet a ton of fish. It is a light and flexible blade but does not feel cheaply made. If youre looking for a fillet knife, just order now. You wont be dissapointed.
