The reel is amazing but fedex stole the rod

The reel is amazing but fedex stole the rod. Not the first time. Customer service is awesome. I contacted them and showed them what was delivered and how the rod was removed from the packaging and they are sending me another rod. This is how customer service should be. Others should follow their lead. I cannot wait to try the combo out when the replacement rod shows up/

Had to return this reel still under Warranty

Had to return this reel. I originally bought it off Amazon was used when I received it. So I thought no biggie it functions just fine. Well I took a trip to OBX and the bearings failed talking to customer service they are thinking it has been taken apart. Well dealing with them for a warranty and a replacement has been awesome. Winnie that I have been working with through the process has been extremely transparent and responsive 5 Stars for her alone. I own many of KastKing products with never an issue untill now. So dealing with them over a warranty issue has been a breeze. I would suggest not buying reels on Amazon and buy directly from KastKings site.
