While wrestling with a mean line tangle on my Sharkey 3 2000 reel while in my kayak, I managed to lose some key washer components beneath the spool. So you have the complete picture, I managed to drop the spool into the water and had to pull off all of the line in order to get the spool back - not my best day fishing. Anyway, I looked up the parts diagram on the web. Using that and my other matching Sharkey reel (yes I like them that much), I was able to identify the exact parts that I needed. Armed with this information I called KastKing support and they helped me to place the order. I had the replacement parts within 2 or 3 days and my reel is working like a champ! Thanks for listening to my rant/ story. Have I told you about the time I went fishing with Big Foot?

I’m really excited to be able to purchase an extra spool from my spinning reels. It makes an already great product even better. What I received is an exact duplicate of the original Kestrel finesse spool. I plan to use it when I travel so I have the option of using braid or mono.

Easy to deal with and very helpful.
I had the opposite side reel cap come off and they were able to get me a new one in just a couple of days. It doesn't seem like much but it keeps dirt and sand out.

Part exact fit with wuick deluvery and excellent customer service. Have 2 spinning and one coventional reel. Have caught bluefish, striped bass, lake trout and salmon.

The product was shipped fast. The only problem was finding the part on the website. I had to contact customer service and then they were able to explain how the process worked. Once they explained it. It was very simple very easy, but before that it was quite hard for me to figure out.

Lost the handle for my reel. They had exactly what I needed. Very fast shipping. I was able to go fishing again in a couple of days.
