Reel Surprise Box

I got the Kestral 1000 finesse spin cast reel. While I was hoping to get a baitcaster, as I have one of their baitcasters and it is excellent, this reel has turned out to be a pleasant surprise. I already had a micro setup for pan fish and trout, but I guess I hadn't realized how bad my reel really was. This thing is buttery smooth and I really like the clicking drag. I've used it several times and have had no issues with it. I loaded it with 10 lb Kast King yellow braid, and used a 15 lb fluoro leader. Excellent setup.

Maybe I’m lucky but I think I received a great box: speed demon reel, Pilar’s, 3 lures. Pretty happy with it, I got one more box! The reel is my new favorite, and seems super smooth.

I was happy with both boxes I got! Definitely think it’s worth the money! On 2nd box wanted (and received by luck :)) a saltwater spinning reel, basically got this a major discount plus the correct braid line to spool it with and a nice pair of Pilars. Amazing

Obviously its a gamble with surprise boxes. Bummed out it was for my daughter as a birthday surprise start with the outter box smashed and punctured open. She got a MegaJaws Spinning Reel 3000, Unfortunately for her she only uses baitcast reels. The bail is extremely hard closing other then that it feels pretty smooth and is very well made. The extras were nice couple of lures and a nice hat.

I am beyond pleased with the mystery box I received. The royal legend 2 baitcaster! Kinda want to order another box just for the fun of it. Came relatively quick too. Packaging was secure as well.
