I own 4 different WideEye models and my fishing buddy has over 5. We are always telling are friends how great these rods are. Light weight to fish all day, super strong to handle 10+ lbs. walleye, yet very sensitive to feel the most subtle bite. The reel seat and grip fits the hand better than rods twice the price! Caught this 31" on my new 7'1" ML WideEye spinning rod, might be my favorite model yet.
This rod has a great action for many different Walleye fishing techniques, especially throwing hair jigs and Rippin Raps! Quality components give the rod a great feel and allow for further casts as well.

I just purchased the KastKing WideEye Transom Troller. A while back I bought the WideEye Spinning rod. Unfortunately I didn’t catch any Walleye on it , I did however nail lots of Smallmouth Bass on it! . Now with the addition to the WideEye Transom Troller I will be able to do some jigging with it . This rod has some wonderful components on it that are going to be a plus. Starting with the length of the Transom Troller, it is 5’6” . Moderate action and Medium power. The guides are Fuji as well as the reel seat. I’m sure this rod will hold up to the task of jigging some Eyes ! The sculpted EVA grip is a cool idea. I can sure see how it will help with keeping in sitting right in a rod holder.The price was well within my budget. Can’t wait to hopefully get a Walleye on this and not Bass.
