Every call to the KastKing customer service center is entered into a logbook. The day, time and message is entered. Unfortunately, sometimes the phone message is too garbled to understand, but we do call back if the phone number can be understood.
When customer service calls back, either we reach you or one of the following things may happen. The mailbox is full, we leave a message that isn’t returned, or some other issue. Anyway, whatever transpires is entered into the phone log. The bottom line is, customer service is eager to help people whether it is a warranty issue, a defective item, or simply answer a question. They are on the team to stand behind the products and help in the best way possible. KastKing believes in their products so very much, that they offer this warranty and back their products fully.
KastKing Reel Warranty
KastKing fishing reels are warranted for a period of one (1) year from date of original retail purchase against defects in workmanship and/or materials. If the warrantied products are defective in workmanship and/or materials, you can simply give us a call or email us and send defective product back. Your order number, date of purchase, and where you bought the product must accompany all warranty claims.
KastKing Rods Warranty
KastKing fishing rods are covered by a limited lifetime, total peace of mind warranty against the workmanship and materials of the rod for the original owner. KastKing customer service professionals will determine the cause of the defect and whether it will be covered under this warranty or not. We will candidly answer questions about why a fishing rod broke and we’ll tell you if we don’t know.
KastKing Sunglasses Warranty
KastKing sunglasses are covered by a limited lifetime, total peace of mind warranty against the workmanship and materials for the original owner. KastKing customer service professionals will determine the cause of the defect and whether it will be covered under this warranty. If the damage or defect is determined to have been caused due to a defect in materials or workmanship, KastKing will, at the company’s discretion, either repair or replace the sunglasses at no charge. If the damage is determined to have been caused by accident, neglect or normal wear and tear, KastKing, with your approval and request, will replace the sunglasses for 1/2 of the original purchase price plus shipping.

KastKing created and set up groups such as the “Inner Circle” that allows people on the inside and shares information that not everyone knows about.
